some entertainment...

with the advent of youtube, it is now possible for people of diverse talents to have a platform to showcase their specialties. my visits to youtube has always been frequent, and the content that i look at largely revolves around music videos, comedy, and the like. came across this video recently and thought it might be worthwhile to share. watch it, and see my comments as well.



the following "singers" appear in the video in the order shown and the imitation of each discussed.

stef sun - very good as a opening.
karen mok - same as above.
selina ren - hmmm... not really. not yet. see below.
ella - haha! great!
faye wong - totally has the bochup tone. excellent!
coco - omg. great too.
cai qin - vintage. i think it resembles. not a fan of cai qin's.
xu ru yun - great work.
singer - also quite good.
stef (again) - good.
selina (again) - a little better than the first part.
ah mei - no-no... my only problem with this video. lacks the explosive factor.
karen (again) - great.
selina (again) - uh... ok i guess.
mixed - see how she changes the imitation with ease!

overall: you can find another vid that contains 3 extra cartoon characters. i feel the shin-chan and doraemon imitations are great. not sure about the final cartoon girl.
