M&S M&S M&S... (till infinity) BUT no more.
what a grueling hell of a week it has been.
last thurs we were given a case study. the case is about marks and spencer and how it blah blah blah. work started on friday and then well it continued till yesterday wednesday still doing. even this morning my group was working very hard to go for perfection.
oh, what high expectations the tutor set for us. Benchmark. Set the standard. Etc.
I can really see that my group was really worn out. Apart from last saturday which I did not meet up with them (nevertheless there was some research being done as well) the rest of the past week I spent at least 8 hours a day in school or outside doing project.
i cannot even begin to describe how demanding it was. Slap myself for choosing a 4 AU year 3 marketing module. but can't be help, already choose lor! it is THE toughest presentation i've done so far in school and in life.
We were told that the presentation and Q&A will last about 1 hour. That's still ok, but then when it started to go way beyond that I began to get really anxious. Cos we were being bombarded with questions from the floor (the seminar is very proactive, cos participation is 20%! not gained by attending class alone but also asking and contributing!)
i was very relieved when our tutor gave a break. i went to the canteen to get a drink. no caffeine stuff for me, i'm too hyper already. just plain watermelon juice. was in queue when 2 exchange students from norway asked me how it was. i said it was a tough time. in fact i felt very consoled when one of them said that the tutor / class was asking questions that marks and spencer can't even answer let alone us undergrads. thks dudes, you guys are great.
luckily its over. i was asked a question that i couldn't answer, but my teammate helped me. Whew...! (thks yahui)
after the class my teammates gathered to ask how the tutor how we did. Response: Good. Yeah.
My other teammate, wei xiong, told me it was his toughest presentation. anyway, now i have no fear already. no other presentation in school can even match to this. This is probably the most bone-baring whacking session in school. i dun really enjoy the time but it was very good experience.
that's great... it gives me a morale boost to get me into gear.
to the greatest people that made it possible: my group mates! in no order: regina, lynette, yahui, weixiong. kudos to them! BEST project mates ever.
4 inspiring people. 4 caring seniors. the 4 who made this possible.
take a good rest ppl, juz wanna say i enjoyed the time working together.
